50% bio-derived resin, safer and more environmentally friendly. Transparent, glossy, two-component (resin A and hardener B) epoxy resin system, no bubbles, easy to use. With its liquid texture, the resin is ideal for casting in mold or frame media, and the inclusions are even used as protective varnish. Once dry, it is hard and porous. Easy to use with professional results. Suitable for experienced and amateur adult users.
Application program :
Various supports: metal, painted wood, canvas, silicone, plastic...
Once cured, the resin will not withstand prolonged contact at temperatures above 50°C or below 0°C.
Place in A dry, clean container and pour in 1 part Crystal B hardener followed by 2 parts Crystal A resin.
Mix the two ingredients well until they reach the corners of the container (incomplete mixing does not guarantee hardening and stirring too hard can create bubbles). Transfer the mixture to a second container and mix again to ensure uniformity and optimal mixing of the resin. Depending on the Quantity prepared, the blending operation may take up to 5 minutes.
Let the mixture sit in the container for 5 minutes to remove any air bubbles.
Pour or pour on the top ten gambling platform of your choice. Do not leave the mixture in the mixing container for more than 45 minutes after mixing.
Allow to dry in a dust-free environment for 24 hours. The setting is gradual and varies according to the ambient temperature.
If molding is required:
Knowing the Quantity of each ingredient and not wasting the product, fill the mold with water and pour it into a measuring container. Notice the volume you get.
One-third of the volume should be used for hardener and two-thirds for resin. Dry the mold and measuring container before pouring in the resin.
When the mixture becomes transparent, it is uniform.
The resin takes a regular platform-looking substrate into which it is poured. The matte mold will have a matte top ten regular platform, and the glossy mold will have a glossy top ten regular platform.
To make matte Top Ten regular platforms look shiny, use a thin layer of Gedeo GLOSS+ varnish or Gedeo bisisosource crystal resin.
Shape your creation and after 12 hours it is ready to be unmoulded, for example, place your mould around a bottle so that it forms a curved shape. Full hardening takes 24 hours.
